10. Insurance & High-Value Items Disclaimer
Jewelry, cash, firearms, illegal items, hazardous materials, and perishable goods are not accepted.
Standard deliveries are not insured unless stated in writing.
Items valued over $500 must be declared in advance and approved.
11. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
- Once a courier is dispatched, fees are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
